Can an audit be delivered remotely?
Yes. The remote review is focused on documents and evidence that can be considered without a visit. On-site work is scoped separately.
How does this differ from a mock inspection?
An audit can focus on selected systems or evidence. A comprehensive mock inspection has a broader on-site scope, including observations and staff discussions.
Can you help us work through the actions?
Yes. Ongoing management support or a separate improvement project can be agreed after the review.
